Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping on orders of $150 or more to any location in the US. All products are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of your order.

If our oil is going to a location where the temperature is freezing cold, we STRONGLY advise shipping by air. We have found through experience that there is a possibility that our oil might freeze when shipped by truck (UPS Ground).

Orders going to locations outside of the USA cannot be done through our web site. Contact us by phone, 415-922-1810 or 415-215-0287, or by email, and we will assist you.

If you would like for us to ship using your UPS account number or via an alternate shipper, please contact us with your order information.
